Stanley Steemer was founded in 1947 by Jack A. Bates in Dublin, Ohio. Two decades later, Jack’s son Wesley had the idea to engineer a never-before-seen carpet cleaning machine. After some tinkering, Stanley Steemer’s signature truck-mounted, dual-wand cleaning system debuted in 1976.

To this day Stanley Steemer remains family owned and operated, using equipment made right here in the USA. Manufacturing our own equipment at our Dublin, Ohio facility provides an exceptional level of quality control and using this equipment to outfit our vans ensures a consistent cleaning process at all of our locations nationwide.

Now, with over 75 years of cleaning experience, Stanley Steemer is truly a success story of American ingenuity.
